The feast of Eid El Kebir, or Eid El Adha is the commemoration of the sacrifice that Allah asked the prophet Ibrahim Aleyi as salem, of his son Ismail, in order to test him. Before he sacrificed his son, Allah replaced him with a ram, which he had slaughtered in his place.
