The Fate Night, a good time to make a donation during Ramadan

For more than five years now, Yalasheep has been working to help those suffering from famine in Africa, especially in Madagascar, where cyclones have devastated entire villages. Thanks to your generosity, more than 2000 food parcels have been distributed this year. In 2021, we were able to feed more than 53600 villagers. This year, let’s surpass these numbers together and act hand in hand against hunger!

On the occasion of the month of Ramadan, we are organizing a collection of donations for the last ten days. Multiply hassanates in one click with Yalasheep.

Together, we are a bulwark against misery. Join our humanitarian campaign and save thousands of lives!

The Fate Night, the best night to make a donation

The month of Ramadan is the month of sharing, generosity and charity. It is an opportunity for every Muslim to strengthen his faith and to perform good works. Among the humanitarian actions that we carry out, you can feed the poorest, sponsor an orphan or finance the drilling of a well.

Make the most of the Fate Night

The last ten nights of Ramadan are the final stretch of this month filled with blessings and benefits. These are the last moments when the reward for your good deeds is multiplied. This is also when the Fate Night, Laylat al Qadr, takes place, which is the best night of Ramadan; Allah, Exalted is He, says about it: “The night of Al-Qadr is better than a thousand months. (Surah Al Qadr V3). The deeds done on Fate Night are better than the deeds done in a thousand other months.

Allah has deliberately hidden the exact time of this night so that we, the believers, multiply good deeds during the last ten days of Ramadan. Therefore, since we do not know when the Fate Night 2022 will take place, the best way to enjoy its reward is to give charity every day.

Our intervention in Madagascar

Madagascar is a country that has been experiencing a real humanitarian and health crisis for several years. The extreme drought has brought the already very poor population to its knees. Despite this urgent situation, we hear very little about this region in the media. 1.3 million people are suffering in a general silence.

At Yalasheep, we decided to act. In 2021, we were able to distribute more than 50,000 meals and drill more than 230 wells. We have been able to set up orphan sponsorships to send hundreds of malnourished and out-of-school children back to school. All of this is only possible thanks to your generosity and the donations you make every day. The villagers of Madagascar and all our teams sincerely thank you for your dedication to this cause.

What is the day of the Fate Night 2022?

The exact date of the Fate Night is not known to man. Allah tells us that this exceptional night takes place during the last ten days of Ramadan, specifically during the odd nights; The Prophet ﷺ said, “Seek the Fate Night in the odd nights of the last ten days of Ramadan” (Authenticated by Al Bukhari and Murim). It is customary to multiply good deeds in the last ten days of Ramadan, hoping for Allah’s pleasure.

What is the Fate Night during Ramadan

The Fate Night is the best night of Ramadan. Indeed, on this night that Allah the Most High sent down the Qur’an; He, exalted be He, said, “Surely We sent it down (the Qur’an) on the night of Al-Qadr.” (Surah Al Qadr V1). Angels descend to earth during this night; The Prophet ﷺ said, “The night of destiny is the night of the twenty-seventh or the twenty-ninth, and the angels on earth during this night are more numerous than the stones” (Reported by Ibn Khuzaymah). Invocations and good deeds should be multiplied in order to enjoy the immense benefits of Laylat Al Qadr.

What happens on the Fate Night

The Fate Night is a night of peace and appeasement, blessed, which contains no evil. Allah the Most High forgives all sins during this night; The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, “Whoever prays on the night of destiny with faith and seeking Allah’s reward, then all his past sins will be forgiven” (Authenticated by Al Bukhari and Muslim).

It is advisable for the Muslim to do a lot of night prayers in the mosque during the last ten days of Ramadan, in order not to miss Laylat Al Qadr.

What invocation for the Fate Night

Allah grants all invocations made on the Fate Night. The Prophet ﷺ said “Many angels descend on this night for it is blessed, and they descend when the blessing and mercy of Allah, exalted be He, descends, just as they descend when the Qur’an is recited, and they surround the circles of evocation (meetings where Allah, exalted be He, is evoked), and they flap their wings, out of respect for the one who sincerely seeks knowledge.”(Reported by Ibn Kathîr)

It is recommended to say the following invocation, in order to beg Allah's forgiveness: Aisha reported: I asked, "O Messenger of Allah ﷺ, if I were able to recognize the night of al-qadr, what should I say on this night?" "Say: O Lord! You are indeed Forgiving and You love forgiveness, so forgive me!" Aisha, may God be pleased with her, reported that “I said: O Messenger of God, do you see that if I knew which Night of Decree is what to say in it: «Say: «O God, You are pardoning and love to pardon, so pardon me» Aisha, may God be pleased with her, reported that: “I said: O Messenger of God, do you see that if I knew which Night of Decree is what to say in it: «Say: «O God, You are pardoning and love to pardon, so pardon me»

“ Allâhumma innaka ‘afuwwun tuhibbu-l-‘afwa fa-‘fu ‘annî.”

How to pray for the Fate Night

It is enough to multiply the night prayers, making the above invocation. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to pray until the early hours of the night: Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) said – “We fasted Ramadan with the Prophet, and he did not give us night prayer until only seven nights remained. He then guided us in prayer until the third of the night…He did the same for the following nights…He did not stop prolonging the prayer until we feared that the hour of Suhur had arrived…”

For the one who has the ability, let him make the Qyiam Layl during the last ten days of Ramadan, hoping to invoke on the night of fate.
